Writer, Mentor, and Editor

Hi, I’m Susannah. I’m a writer, editor and writing mentor.

For over a decade I worked as a travel and culture journalist specialising in Mexico. My writing was published by BBC Travel, Condé Nast Traveler, CNN, The Independent UK and Afar among many others.

Now I delight in offering writing mentorship and writing fiction. I am Assistant Fiction Editor at Wallstrait Literary Journal and my stories have been published by Does it Have Pockets?, South 85 Journal and The Westchester Review, among others.

In addition to my writing mentorship, I offer developmental editing for fiction and creative non-fiction writers.

I also have a fortnightly newsletter, Write As You Are, where I share my reflections on writing and the writing life.
